Our wish is to bring more light, authenticity and love into this world by offering yoga teachings, energetic healing work and knowledge about wild and healing plants and nurishment in retreats and stays in our place.

Steffi Maitrī

I have an education as a physiotherapist, Haṭha Yoga teacher and a naturopath and was born in Berlin, Germany. Since I am twenty-one, I am practicing Yoga and it became more and more part of my life as I discovered the depth of it and the relevance for our way to live. I was teaching Yoga in India as well as in Berlin since 2015 as well as in other places in Europe through retreats over the last years.

Educated as a manual therapist but always feeling the importance of an energetical and holistic approach, the way a healing session with me forms itself is guided through the needs of the physical body in connection with the soul, the mental state and emotional influences.

Around 17 years ago I discovered the beauty and healing of yoga for myself and wanted to share this light with others. So I did my first yoga teacher training in Berlin and than came to India to deepen the practice and internalize the tradition.

What about the NOW?

The way brought me from Germany over India to France, where I met my husband. The common path led us now to Italy, where we are currently living in a beautiful house, creating a base for yoga and health retreats while I am partially teaching in Germany. Much of my work shifted to energetic healingsessions which I offer to guide you with problems or simply to find out more about yourself! ;)

Manu Petit

Born from the grass, I consider nature as my first mother.

I feed my inner animal instinct, developing my senses through expressing into the wild, harvesting plants for remedies and food creations. Walking daily in the forest to hear the infinite details of the constantly evolving seasons, following the traces of the fauna, climbing trees. Nature talks, and you know what she is saying? "I'll stay whatever will happen ..." Everything in life is composition according to me. Everyone is unique and original. Then I try to express as I can - every day, with respect and unconditional love - what is inside myself. Living each day as if it was the last one. The sentence of my life: A grown adult is a child gone on adventure.
