Effect and Use
Here you find a short description to each stone in my collection. Of course the effects are diverse and so I am just giving the most important and clearest caracteristics for me. Some of the effects are felt and channeled by me so you will maybe not find them in another book.

The Stones
Amethyst
Stone of contentment and spirituality – shows what lies beneath the surface. Has a calming effect, protects against false friends, calms the heart and nerves and helps with concentration, tension and stress
Clear Quartz - rock crystal
Clarity - Lightbringer and stone of harmony – binds earth rays and transforms them into somethimg positive. Releases energy blockages and cleanses the mind. Strengthens all other gemstones.
Rosequartz
Stone of love and the heart - for the heart, blood and circulation, protective effect against radiation (people who work with a computer should always have a rose quarz next to them), protects the female genitals, for internal needs
Prehnite
It has a healing effect on the kidneys and bladder, regulates water and mineral balance, and has a detoxifying effect by strengthening the urinary organs. Clarification also occurs on a spiritual level.
Rutilated Quartz
Strengthens and protects the entire respiratory system, renews cells in the body. Helps with balance disorders and neurological disorders. Stone of truth!
Amazonite
A stone for the heart and the nervous system, for tension and cramps, nervousness, gives strength from within – fills the heart with abundant courage
Garnet
Stone of unconditional love! Gets the blood flowing, especially in the head area, it strengthens the heart and is a faithful helper in relationships
Chalcedony (Blue Lace Agate)
Stone for fever, particularly suitable for speakers, fluent speaking, diseases of the respiratory system/oral-larynx area, good sleep
Hematite
earthly blood - radiant stone (both physical and energetic), protects against blood diseases, against suffering during menstruation and as a stones to decharge other gems! Creates a field of protection!
Polychrome Jasper
Promotes creativity and passion, grounding and balancing. Strengthens the liver, blood/circulation, and digestion. Connects you with yourself and the deeper issues that need to be addressed.
Selenite

Lapislazuli
Connection to earth, cleaning and antispasmodic, helps with headache, neuralgia, swelling and inflammation
Phantomquartz (with Amethyst)
They enhance the properties of the crystals by growing on top of each other (the shape is visible in the crystal). It also helps with water retention and arterial diseases and strengthens the lymphatic system. A protective and repairing stone for the aura!
Lemurian quartz
These very special stones will find you when it's time to discover the wisdom of Lemuria for yourself. The stone possesses a "code"—a structure that speaks of ancient wisdom.
green Calcite
Regulates calcium metabolism, strengthens and protects the heart and lungs, and helps with tumors. It also regulates sweat production. Stone of hope!
Aquamarine
Symbol of purity and love, stone of clarity - protection of the connection between two people, respiratory diseases, calms the nerves, guardian of the endocrine system, relieves depression
Citrine
healing stone - strengthens sensitive people's expressiveness, detoxification, strengthens the immune system, regenerates the liver, helps with psoriasis
Attention: There is natural and burned Citrine. It is often said, that they have the same effects but my feeling is different. (Burned Citrin is more grounding like its original form - the amethyst, which is burned to get a brownish colour)
Apache tears (Obsidian)
Relieves apathy and brings harmony to the digestive system, strengthens the heart and intuition.
Golden Obsidian
Lightbringer – helps with anxiety, depression, and has a calming effect on nervous disorders. Deep spiritual cleansing (recognition of patterns and subconscious causes of illness)
pink Tourmalin in Lepidolite
It has a healing effect on the heart and emotions. Feelings of forgiveness, compassion, and understanding are strengthened, and strained relationships are easier to navigate.

Watermelontourmalin
Two-colored – red inside, green outside (or vice versa) – protection against nervous disorders, regulates the immune system, and against rheumatic fever and other rheumatic diseases. A powerful cancer-preventing stone! Frees you from feelings of guilt!
Desert Rose
Gypsum crystals (like selenite) have a particularly positive effect on the reproductive organs, especially for pregnant women, and strengthen the placenta. They have a strong purifying effect on the autonomic nervous system and the mind.
Petrified Wood
Wood that was sealed airtight millions of years ago and then crystallized – it has a particularly beneficial effect on bones and joints. It relieves rheumatic diseases as an elixir (water with gemstones). It brings greater balance and harmony.
Hematoid
Quartz with inclusions of hematite gives it its red color. It brings balance, self-confidence, and grounding. Helps to better integrate the shadow and light self. Provides stability and transforms negative energies into positive ones.
Turquoise
Multifaceted effects – harmonizes the glands and the bloodstream, thus enhancing the supply of nutrients throughout the body. Positive effects on the immune system and thus on infections, the skin, the respiratory tract, and tinnitus.
Tigereye
very strong stone (but with a fine vibration), against headaches and joint pain, for the autonomic nervous system and psychological problems
Catseye (left multicolore)
~ for musculoskeletal and nervous systems, cleanses respiratory tract, for good memory and ability to concentrate, alertness
violet Fluorite
particularly effective in the head area - promotes concentration and focus, brings body and mind into harmony
Orange-Calcite
Has a particularly beneficial effect on the bones, antispasmodic effect on the pelvic area, drives away evil spirits at night (sunlight orange), has a strong calming and relaxing effect
Tangerine
(also mandarin quartz) rock crystal coated with hematite/iron oxide – it releases emotional blockages and strengthens the personal energy field
Rainbow Moonstone
~ especially for women – harmonizes hormones and the female cycle (also for fertility and in menopause for support), brings harmony into the family and love for life, enters deeply into the emotional world – stone of new beginnings
Moonstone orange/Apricot
grounding energy, brings more confidence in yourself, connects you with yourself and your emotions

Tree agate
Rare agate – calms the nervous system with its gentle vibration, regulates water balance, kidneys, and bladder. Strengthens other stones, for example, in combination with rock crystal for meditation and strengthening intuition. Connection to Nature
Malachite
Cleansing - for detoxification, for the heart and vessels and blood flow, for inflammation and nervous system diseases, also cleaning/dissolving mental constructs
Peridot
Against herpes viruses! Or their outbreaks – always wear a peridot bracelet.
Protects organs in the chest (heart, lungs, thymus gland) and thus affects the immune system, relieves viral infections after an outbreak (herpes, but also shingles, etc.), and balances weather sensitivity.
Apatite
activates the small intestine in particular, better absorption of nutrients, relieves flu-like infections, balance and satisfaction, greater understanding of ourselves and our problems
Carnelian
Stone of Renewal. As its color shows, it helps with blood diseases and wounds and strengthens the immune system
Tourmalin (Schorl)
Black tourmaline – the most powerful protective stone! – as a space protector and against hostile people. Helps you set boundaries and say no. It makes you fearless and helps with all kinds of pain. It has a healing effect on muscles, balances the entire hormonal system, and has anti-inflammatory properties (therefore also important for rheumatic diseases, among other things).
Aventurine
~ for the skin (allergies, acne, pimples), psychosomatic disorders/fears are alleviated, courage and optimism
Labradorite
reaches deep into the most remote corners of the soul.Strengthens the immune system and the body's defenses against invaders, affects the bones, is particularly valuable for rheumatic diseases and gout, has strong calming properties on the emotions! (Especially when placed as a sphere in the home, it influences the energy in the rooms), for unexplained panic/fears, dark premonitions.
Tourmalinquartz
Relieves pain from tension, has a positive effect on cartilage and on the hormone glands in the skin for vitamin D production - helps to overcome complicated situations/strokes of fate
Lepidolite (Glimmer)
Healing properties for the liver and kidneys – cleanses and protects. Helps you fall asleep more easily.
Morganite (rosa Beryll)
Healing effects on the urinary tract – for cystitis, for example, but also for anything related to the bladder (bedwetting, bladder weakness, ulcers). It activates muscle metabolism and helps with back problems such as lumbago.
Morganite raises the vibration of our soul and frees the heart!
Lava
gives energy and strengthens the entire organism
Rhodonite
Strengthens the lungs and respiratory tract, provides resistance to environmental influences, and strengthens bones. Wanderer's Stone - helps process changes.
Ruby- Fuchsite
Helps with heart and chest problems, protects against anemia/blood-building, supports wound healing. Self-realization!
red Jasper
Red Jasper ~ strong stone, stops bleeding, good for healing of wounds, harmonizes the nervous and immune system
Rubyzoisite
Protects the reproductive organs, increases fertility, and protects the unborn child. It has a positive effect on the cardiovascular system and harmonizes the couple's sexual needs.
Mother of pearl (heart) and Pearl
Mother of Pearl ~ has a strengthening and stabilizing effect on the psyche, for more self-confidence and peace, strengthens unity in the family, repells negative energy (as its made as a protection layer), against inflammation of nerves and cramps
Pearl - ~ Bringer of light of the highest perfection - for spiritual growth through awareness of problems and blockages, allows (tears) to flow, activates digestion, helps with allergies, for bones and teeth, kidneys and hormone production
Sunstone
A light-bringing stone that increases warmth of heart! Brings back joy! Protects against insomnia and exhaustion caused by lack of sleep. It is effective against arteriosclerosis and respiratory diseases. It helps with joint diseases caused by urinary deposits.
Chrysocolla
relieves back pain, for wounds, special protection for expectant mothers (from miscarriages, deformities, pregnancy problems), relieves tension and calms nerves
Amber
Sunstone – for more joy in life, against depression, for toothache, for skin diseases and allergies
Strawberryquartz
Stone of deep joy! The sweetness of life – embracing, calming, and comforting.
Mookait
~Blood of the earth - for the skin, against eczema etc, but also against inflammation/infections in deeper layers, against carcinomas (together with rock crystal as water), flushes - also energetically - all negativity out of us/keeps it away
Agate
Agate ~ stone of protection - strengthens willpower, protects against depression

Rainbowfluorit
~ purifies and cleanses, especially vessels, for bones and cell changes, promotes receptivity, intuition and concentration

created by Italian monks for connecting the earth to the divine, helps with psychosomatic disorders such as feelings of inferiority, anorexia and bulimia, strengthen the immune system and allow us to accept ourselves as we are
Jade
Stone of love and inner peace - gentle vibration with high frequency, effect on internal organs through deep penetration, for immune system, fertility stone
White Jade: Stone of Protection – strengthens the Selfconfidence and helps with eating disorders and Fear of School
Tourmalin multi
Green tourmaline - brings light into the darkness
Black tourmaline - protection (see tourmaline)
Red/pink tourmaline - compassion and self-love
Blue tourmaline - for self-realization and clarity about needs/desires
Rainbow Obsidian
With its play of colors, it penetrates deep into all organs and strengthens them. Harmonizes the interaction of the two brain hemispheres, thus improving fine motor skills and the interplay of all glands. We recognize connections and feel less alone.
Snowflake Obsidian
for viral diseases, it "pulls out." It helps regulate low blood pressure (especially with ankle bracelets), allowing us to see reality.
Smoky Quartz
helps with muscle and connective tissue diseases, the deeper the color, the better the detoxifying effect, helps with depression and anxiety caused by stress
Shungite
has a balancing effect on hormones, promotes healing, anti-inflammatory and purifying, has antibacterial and antiviral properties
Orange Aventurin
Sunstone – particularly affects the organs in the upper abdomen (solar plexus) and relieves related symptoms such as nausea, bloating, etc. It has a healing effect on the bladder and provides inner peace.
